Good store for phone cases

Ordered some Xiaomi hoesjes, shipping was fast, and free! Just wish they had more colors.

Got my stuff fast

Needed a new Apple Watch bandje and a lightning kabel. Ordered them here, and they showed up pretty quick, like two days later. The band feels comfy, and the cable charges my phone fine. No complaints, easy shopping.

Always reliable service

I ordered an iPhone hoesje and a couple of screenprotectors again. My fifth order from here, I think. Everything arrived quickly, as usual. They're consistently good with their delivery times and product quality. No surprises, which is exactly what I want when buying phone accessories online. Always come back for that reason.

My go-to for phone accessories!

I am so happy with my new clear shockproof hoesje for my Google Pixel and the Milanese bandje for my Apple Watch! Everything arrived quickly, and the packaging was great. The phone case is super sturdy but not bulky, which I love, and the watch band looks really sleek and feels comfortable. I've been wanting to try a Milanese style for ages, and this one is fantastic. I'm already planning my next order; I saw some cool Magsafe hoesjes I might get. Definitely recommending this store to all my friends!

Good value, minor issue

I bought a siliconen hoesje for my Samsung Galaxy and a stalen smartwatch bandje. The case fits perfectly and feels durable for the price. The watch band is also decent, but the clasp felt a bit stiff at first. It loosened up after a few uses, so it's not a big deal. Delivery was on time, and tracking was helpful. Overall, a solid experience, just that one small thing with the band.

Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I ordered a new screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy and a leather smartwatch band. Both items were exactly as described and seem to be of good quality, especially the watch band; it feels quite premium for the price. My only slight complaint was that the tracking information wasn't updated for a couple of days after dispatch, so I wasn't entirely sure when to expect it. It did arrive within the stated timeframe eventually, but clearer tracking would be helpful. Overall, a positive experience and good value.

Good deal with newsletter

I was looking for an iPad hoesje and a powerbank. Found them here and signed up for the newsletter to get that 10% off. It worked seamlessly at checkout. The total price felt really reasonable after the discount. Shipping was free too, which always helps. It felt like I got a good deal, and the items are exactly what I needed. Definitely worth it for the savings.

Always reliable for phone cases

This was my third order from Phone Factory, and just like the others, it was super smooth. Got a new silicone hoesje for my iPhone 14. The quality is consistently good; it fits perfectly, feels nice to hold, and protects my phone well. Delivery was fast, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a pleasant surprise. I keep coming back because their products hold up, and the service is always dependable. No issues at all.

Detailed feedback on order

I ordered a leren bookcase hoesje for my iPhone, a privacy screenprotector, and a fietshouder. The ordering process was straightforward, and I received an order confirmation right away. Delivery took about three business days, which was within the estimated timeframe. The bookcase hoesje is well-made, stitching looks solid, and the phone fits snugly. The privacy screenprotector was a bit tricky to apply without bubbles, but I managed it eventually; it definitely works as intended. The fietshouder holds the phone securely, tested it on a bumpy ride, and it stayed put. I contacted support with a question about installation for the fietshouder, and they responded within a few hours with clear instructions. Satisfied with the overall quality and support.

Decent value on first purchase

I needed a new charger and a basic clear case for my Huawei phone. I found Phone Factory and decided to give them a try, mainly because of the 10% off for new customers. The USB-C oplaadkabel and the transparante hoesje arrived as expected. The quality seems fine for what I paid; they're not super premium but definitely do the job. The discount made it a good deal compared to other sites I checked. It felt like a worthwhile purchase, and I saved a few euros, which is always good.
